Safety and quality
We treat according to the Dutch BIG act: a BIG registered nurse performs the treatment under the direction of our doctor. Every client fills in a medical intake that is reviewed by the doctor beforehand. We work according to a medical protocol with double checks when preparing infusions, with single use sterile materials, and we are trained for emergencies with emergency medication and an AED on site. Our quality is safeguarded under the Dutch Wkkgz act, with a complaints procedure and incident registration.
Frequently asked questions
Is an IV infusion safe?
Every intake is reviewed by our medical team in advance and the treatment is performed by a BIG registered nurse, under the direction of our doctor. When in doubt, we always consult first.
Does placing the IV hurt?
You feel a small prick, comparable to a blood test. After that, most clients hardly notice it.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
How do I pay?
You pay directly when booking, online. Your spot is immediately confirmed and there is nothing left to arrange at the clinic.
What happens to my medical data?
Your data is treated confidentially and only used by our medical team, in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.
