Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all treatments and bookings at Nova Cura Health ([address follows], Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce [follows]).

An appointment is final after full payment online. Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the appointment; after that, and in case of no show, the full amount is charged. Every treatment only takes place after our medical team has reviewed the medical intake; if the doctor considers the treatment not appropriate, you receive a full refund. Course sessions are valid for twelve months and personal. We act in accordance with applicable law, including the Dutch BIG and Wkkgz acts. For complaints we refer to our complaints procedure.
