When booking we process your name, contact details and payment details (via Mollie). For the medical intake we process health data needed to perform the treatment safely. This health data qualifies as special category personal data; we only process it with your explicit consent. Medical records are kept according to the Dutch statutory retention period (20 years, WGBO). We share data only with processors working for us (hosting, payment provider Mollie, patient record system Clinicminds), all covered by data processing agreements. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data where the statutory retention duty allows, and you can withdraw your consent at any time via info@novacurahealth.nl. Complaints can be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
